The 2026 W.H. Oliver Memorial Lecture will be presented by Dr Peter Meihana. The W.H. Oliver Lecture was inaugurated in 2007, and recognises the contribution of Professor Bill Oliver, foundation Professor of History at Massey University, to the development of the humanities in New Zealand.
