Come and play with our interactive kit in our First Floor Parenting area. Its full of themed fun things to do, with 7 different rotating kits:  Space and Technology, Storytime, Dinosaurs, Animals, Dressups, Transport and Tea Party.  This is caregiver led play so you and your younger ones can have some fun playing games, making things, dressing up, wearing masks, telling stories and more.
 

Only available during school term.

80th Anniversary of J Force in Japan

Between 1946 and 1948, more than 12,000 New Zealanders served in J Force.

A chance find of an unusual Glaxo baby bottle in the Te Manawa collection store prompted Archivist Juliet Galuszka to explore the history of Glaxo and its abandoned factory in Bunnythorpe.

Craft Session - Design a Level for the 30-Level Library @ Central

What would you add to the library if you could design a new level?  A bowling alley? A cat cafe? Book slide?
