Welcome to the Living Room of the City where you can explore the pathways to the world.

We provide a warm and welcoming environment in a stunning architectural masterpiece. Throughout four floors, we run and host events and programmes, provide information, literary and digital resources. We collaborate with our community groups and individuals to make our community more engaged, connected, inspired and participatory.

Whether you're reading, studying, or learning something new, we have it all. Hire DVDs, listen to music in a sunny warm spot with beautiful views or read your favourite magazine. Keep an eye on this website, or our Facebook page for current events.
