How do I renew an item?

You can renew items from your mobile device by downloading the Palmerston North City Library app.

You can also log in to My Account and renew your items. Books and magazines can be renewed twice (unless requested by another borrower). Please note; items that incur a lending fee will incur another rental charge when renewed.

With eAudiobooks and eBooks you can renew some items from My Account, otherwise renew items directly in the ebook or eaudiobook app.

You can also renew via phone, email or in person at any of our libraries.
