In recent years, Rangitāne pūrākau have been at the heart of co-designed, built environment projects in the city. Hear how the intrepidness of an ancient ancestor of ngā uri o Rangitāne, Matangi, led to a range of names of our rohe, including Hīmatangi, no less.
