An event that is all about ridiculous, over-the-top hats. Bring in or make your own crazy hat by repurposing everyday items we will have available to use. We will supply construction paper, scissors, glue, paper clips, craft bags, ribbon, and many opportunities to have fun and be creative while having a memorable day at the library.
