How the Access and Choice service can support anyone experiencing loss

Sometimes, life is hard on us and our whānau, especially when experiencing a grief or loss.  Health Improvement Practitioners are a FREE service available to everyone at GP practices to help in these times. They can usually be seen within 5 days making it quick to respond when needed.  THINK Hauora’s Access and Choice service will talk through some strategies to support you and your whānau during grief and loss, and provide other strategies to maintain wellbeing when life is not what you expected.
