Sep 14-20 is Te Wiki o te Reo Māori!
As well as the long-running Kōrero Kawhe and Manu Hāpai waiata sessions, there are activity books and bookmarks for you to take from the display on the First Floor of Central Library.
On the same display you'll find entry forms for Rapua Te Kura Huna (Treasure Hunt in Te Marae o Hine), which starts on Monday.
And the Poetry Machine Te Pūrere Toikupu has had a refresh, featuring poems with a reo Māori element.
This year's theme for Te Wiki o te Reo Māori is Te Reo Towns, and if you go to the official site you can download cool images featuring Te Papaioea that you can use to create your own merch.
