Family History Month is on in August, in partnership with the New Zealand Society of Genealogists - Palmerston North branch.
There are workshops, presentations, and drop-in sessions, many of which are repeated at different times in the week to suit a range of people.
In the workshops you'll learn things like: accessing online resources at the City Library; preparing your family history for publication; using the digitisation tools at the library.
Drop-in sessions include: Family Help Desk; Papers Past workshops at Roslyn and Awapuni on Thu 27 Aug; Connecting the Genealogy Dots. There will also be 'Treasures, Memories and Stories' at Roslyn and Ashhurst on Fri 7 Aug.
