In October, IPU New Zealand celebrated different ways to enhance our mental health and clarity. For many of our students who live far from the comfort of home and family, learning how to cope with stress and loneliness is essential.
As part of Mental Health Week at IPU New Zealand, we organised a photo competition with the theme “Top Up Together.” The competition invited participants to share what Top Up Together personally means to them — whether it’s moments, people, or places that make them feel connected and recharged.
We received 25 entries in total, which beautifully captured the spirit of connection and wellbeing. Our judges — Hang Pham, Aaron Mai, and Lawrence Chok — beloved IPU alumni and former staff members with extensive experience and passion for photography, had the hard job of judging the photo competition.
You will find the Top up Together on display along the balcony on the first floor.
