May is Aotearoa New Zealand Music Month - yay!
In the Sound & Vision Zone on the Mezzanine Floor of Central Library, we have:
- a display of Music Month t-shirts from over the years
- a featured selection of Aotearoa music on vinyl
- local music playing on the projector screen
There are live performances for you to enjoy, and a showing of the cool local documentary about the Vinyl Room music shop, featuring a Q&A with the director, producer, and star! Find out more here.
And of course, all year round you can find amazing Aotearoa music in the CD and Vinyl collections, as well as the Music & Performing Arts DVDs.
