Today, some of the book returns bins around town are getting replaced with new-look versions, and there are some new locations too.
Locations with new bins:
Celaeno park - on the corner, right before the shops start.
The Richmond Avenue bin is moving across the street to Coronation Park.
Summerhill (Ruapehu Drive) is getting a new bin in the same location.
Broadway Avenue (Terrace End) - the new bin will be closer to New World Broadway (Melody’s).
These new big white bins will be getting some cool designs on them at a later date, but to start with, just keep an eye out for the library branding and you'll know you're putting your books in the right place.
The bin in the photo is located at Woolworths Pioneer Highway. We'd like to take this opportunity to thank Woolworths for allowing us to situate a returns bin at their convenient location.
