Where are parenting rooms located?

The parent's room in the Central Library is located on the first floor in the children's area. It has comfortable and private seating, a wash basin, changing cot and nappy bin. There's also a parent's room on the mezzanine floor of the Central Library. All our Community Libraries have baby-changing facilities.
