Can I print or scan documents?

You can print black and white or colour at all libraries using Library computers.

All libraries also have free scanning facilities from the photocopiers. Scan to an email address or to a USB flash drive. Central Library has scanners in Heritage area which can be used to digitise photographs.

Print from your own device

To print from your own device at the Central Library, visit the Digital Hub on the Ground Floor. Our Mobile Print options, are either

Printing Charges

Printing charges: The first $5.00 worth of printing is free. After that, prints or photocopies cost:

Black & White A4 $0.06 per page

Colour A4 $0.23 per page

Colour A3 $0.46 per page

Double-sided printing or copying costs twice the single-sided rate.

Large or Complex Printing

Please be mindful of what you send through to be printed/photocopied. Our network and printers are not set-up for large, complex or commercial jobs. We ask that you use commercial printers for those printing or photocopying needs. Our team will refer you to commercial options at our discretion if we feel your printing or photocopying is too large, complex or will disrupt service to others. Please check with our team if you have questions.
