Do you have a CNC Router?

Yes! We have two CNC (Computer Numerical Control) routers which can cut and engrave materials such as wood and plastic. These are commonly used to create flat-pack style furniture and signage using woods. We've even helped make a guitar body!

Drop in to Blueprint to discuss with staff if these machines are right for your project. They will be able to take you through the operating process and help you bring your project to life.

File and software information

Both CNC routers use the GRBL G-code format. We have CAM software at Blueprint that can output this format given either a vector file (e.g. .svg or .dxf) or a 3D model if using software that can output CAM files such as Autodesk Fusion 360.
