For ages 13-19
Death. Grief. Regret. Love. Rage.
The stuff nobody wants to talk about — but everyone thinks about.
This workshop is your space to write it out. No sugar-coating. No filters. Just you, the page, and whatever’s sitting heavy on your chest (or buzzing in your head). Whether it’s poetry, prose, lyrics, venting, or word vomit — this is about saying something that matters.
Because death is part of life. And sometimes the hardest things make the best writing.
You don’t have to be a writer. You just have to show up. Write. Feel. Let it out.
Supported by Youth Space, Manawatū Death Cafe and Across Social Services.
