Heritage Craft Group

A colourful wreath of knitted flowers with text attributing its construction to the library's Heritage Craft Group.

Want to contribute to a Heritage Festival craft project? The group is crafting heritage granny squares to form a blanket during the Heritage Festival. Squares are to measure 8-inches by 8-inches and symbolise (or depict) a part of your personal heritage and/or the history and heritage of the Manawatū.

Please join us for drop-in crafting sessions on the Second Floor of the Palmerston North Central Library. Bring your own yarn, knitting needles, crocheting hooks, quilting or embroidery gear, etc.
