Join Senior Urban Designer Dave Charnley in exploring how the Victoria Esplanade Masterplan and Manawatū River Framework have guided 10 years of park transformation. Beginning at the new Main Entry on Park Road, you will visit a range of spaces including the Victoria Esplanade Railway Station and river walkway entry, Dugald Mackenzie Rose Gardens, Peter Black Conservatory and Lath House, Wildbase, Lions Mini-Golf and Junior Road Safety Park.  Discover the stories, design thinking, and community values shaping each upgrade, and see how the heritage of the Victoria Esplanade and its Manawatū awa connections are being strengthened for future generations.
