Fill in a Rap Sheet for your new character and include this with your design entry.
Entries must be submitted by 5pm Friday 3 October to any of our Palmerston North City Libraries.
The Reward:
3 Bad Guys Packs to be won by selected age group winners and 1 bonus giveaway drawn from all entries.
