What is a peteca? Peteca is a colourful shuttlecock used in a popular game that has been played in Brazil for generations. Join us for a fun, hands-on craft where we will make a traditional Brazilian peteca! Kids will get creative decorating their peteca with Brazilian indigenous patterns and learn a little about this vibrant part of Brazilian culture. This activity is associated with the Festival of Cultures and is run by the Palmeirinhos Brazillian Community Group.
