A special opportunity to hear Dame Robin White in conversation with Dr Sarah Farrar about Robin White: Tuituia | Something Is Happening Here, a Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa touring exhibition that explores the trajectories of Robin’s artistic career. For over 50 years, Dame Robin White’s art has portrayed people and their environments in Aotearoa New Zealand, Kiribati, Fiji, Tonga, and beyond. These places have transformed both her life and art. The exhibition explores a selection of artworks spanning her career – from early paintings to recent collaborative tapa (bark cloth).
