Why do I have to do Contact Tracing?

Contact tracing is in place at all our locations as a Health & Safety requirement under Level 2 to help keep our community safe from COVID-19. We have three ways you can contact trace before entering the City Library spaces:

  1. You can complete contact tracing yourself on your smart phone by using the NZ COVID Tracer app. After registering, scan the QR code at our locations and show a member of staff your green circle.
  2. You can complete contact tracing yourself on your smart phone by using Webfox's www.covidregister.nz. After registering, scan the QR code at our locations and show a member of staff your green screen.
  3. A member of staff can check you in using Webfox's www.covidregister.nz.
