Central Library returns

• Return books any time through the 24-hour slot on the Square next to the Public Trust.
  
  
• During open hours, return items through the slots on the mezzanine floor.
  
  
• DVDs, videos and CDs can be returned through the slot at the Sound and Vision Zone desk or through the after-hours slot at the George Street entrance.
  

Return your items to any branch

• Each branch has an after-hours returns slot.
  
  
• Items may be returned to any branch, or to the Mobile Library.
  

Return books in your suburb

• Book bins are at the Highbury, Terrace End, Milson and Hokowhitu shopping centres.
  
  
• Another book bin is on the corner of Tremaine Avenue and Richmond Street.
  

Returning fragile material

• Return CDs and DVDs to the Sound and Vision bookslot on George Street.
  
  
• Return very large or heavy items to a desk.
  
  
• Please return damaged items to a desk so they can be taken out of circulation and mended.
