Summer Reading Programme: In December through to mid-January for 4 to 10 year olds. Children keep a reading log and come in and talk to library staff about what they have been reading. Incentives help children keep reading through the summer break and the finale party is always lots of fun!
Children's Internet computers
We now have three computers in the Children's Zone designed for Internet use by children and their parents. The Internet content available in this area has been heavily filtered to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for children.
These computers are also reserved for children between 3-5pm weekdays during school term time.
We are here to provide a secure and friendly environment for you and your child. If you witness Internet content or behaviour that you think is questionable please inform a staff member immediately.
