Value the past, enrich the present, shape the future

The Strategic Plan sets the direction for the City Library for the next ten years. It outlines how we will contribute to the community outcomes of the Council's Long Term Council Community Plan (LTCCP).

The Strategic Plan focuses on nine key areas:

  • User Education
  • Staff

  • Partnerships
  • Collections
