November 2009 is going to be a fun and exciting month for us at the library. We are all taking the opportunity to experiment with social networking websites (or web 2.0). We are calling it Relax, Play and Create month.
We are interested in trying out new and innovative ways of communicating with our customers and delivering the excellent customer service we pride ourselves on.
In this blog I will be bringing together the content that my library colleagues complete during the month so that we can create something amazing.
At the end of the month we will sit down and evaluate what we have achieved so that we can decide which social networking tools to continue using in future.
Your feedback will be hugely helpful to us so please follow this blog and our other social networking sites and let us know what you think.
We are also experimenting with 3 social networking sites that are dedicated to books and reading. We encourage you to join any of these sites and join the Palmerston North City Library groups.
