Gold Card Memberships awarded
To celebrate the Central Library’s 12th anniversary in the new building, the City Library has launched a new form of recognition for outstanding support of the Public/City Library over many years. The initial group of recipients – 11 individuals, 2 couples and 2 families – received their certificates and associated gifts at a function on 28th May.
The City Library, on behalf of the City Council, acknowledged the many and varied forms of support offered by the group – in all totally more than 400 years!
The inaugural recipients of the library Gold Card are:
