Internet and Computer Access

Facilities

 Public access to the Internet, email, Microsoft Office and media editing software is available on 24 computers located throughout the library.
These computers are free for library members to use - although if you have excessive fines your access may be limited.
A paid service is available for Non Members

 3 Free to use Express Internet computers are available for anyone to use. These are located in the Welcome Lounge on the Mezzanine floor. 

  • 4 computers in Non Fiction have scanners and Photoshop Elements,
  • DVD/CD burning, USB and Camera cards accessibility
  • Black & White and Colour printing
  • Staff are available to assist you with computing
  • The computers in the Children's Zone have extra website filtering to ensure they are family friendly

You can reserve a computer using a self service station in the Welcome lounge or in Non Fiction.

Opening Hours

Computers on the Mezzanine floor are available from 8:00am weekdays until closing, whilst other computers are available during opening hours weekdays and weekends.
